The agency will maintain the highest quality standards of services to all clients at all times.
The agency will conduct internal and external audits, including spot checks. Our recruitment procedures for contracted staff incorporates the following:
• 2 References
• Designated Consultant
• 24 Hour Response Line
• Weekly On-site Meeting Dependant on Contract Volume
• If staff are unsuitable within 4 hours, no charge will be made to ensure all company standards are properly implemented and recorded, also meeting with all client's requirements, legislation and industry guidelines.
The agency will maintain regular communication links between, the agency, the client and all staff employed by the agency. All staff employed by the agency will be encouraged to undertake training to improve their skills and the quality of service to clients.
The agency will maintain regular account reviews with clients and staff. To ensure that any key issues and performance targets are discussed and that action is taken if required. Our policy is to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all our employees and to provide such information and training as they need for this purpose. To this end full health, hygiene and safety training is given to all staff.
