Final phase of hedge cutting

At the last AGM we voted to cut the hedges back to their original height and width. I've just been told that the third and final phase of this work should be completed starting on the 3rd or 4th of August, weather permitting.

The budget for this year includes a line labelled "Hedge Cutting". This is the quoted cost of this last phase of cutting back the hedges, and is separate from the routine work of trimming annual growth.
