As a result of recent events an Extraordinary General Meeting was held on Wednesday 7th May 2025 to consider the following resolution:
Proposed: That the Prices Lodge Residents Association be wound up. All funds currently held by
the association, apart from an allowance for anticipated expenses (mostly bank charges), will be
divided equally between current member households.
After a debate the motion was passed. Accordingly the PLRA will cease to exist.
We are sorry that it has come to this, but the current Committee has no wish to continue, and nobody else seems willing to volunteer. It is better to end the Association properly rather than to have it continue as a zombie, with the money in the bank gradually drained away in bank charges.
