About Our Association

The Prices Lodge Residents Association (PLRA 2006) is here to represent the interests of the residents to outside bodies, including the management company and Fareham Borough Council. It does not manage the estate. 
 
The membership of PLRA 2006 is open to all residents for a small annual fee, currently including members from 53 households of the 82 on the estate.
 
The Committee representing the membership is entirely made up of volunteers comprising the  Chair, Vice-Chair, Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer and up to 6 other committee members.  An Annual General Meeting is held once per calendar year to elect the committee and set the membership fee.

The committee work closely with the management company to ensure that gardening and maintenance on the estate is kept to the highest possible standards whilst remaining cost-effective.  We accompany the management agents on all visits to the estate and monitor any work done. The management company also consult us when any significant decisions need to be taken.
