Eddisons not owned by Solitaire

At the (non-quorate) AGM on 3rd October 2023 one person said that Eddisons are owned by Solitaire. I've looked into this, and it isn't the case. According to their web site, Eddisons was an independent property management company which was acquired by Begbies Traynor PLC in December 2014. They in turn are an independent publicly traded company.
